4 the KIDS MT is a local chapter of ‘For the Children’, which is an international organization that provides camps, clubs, and mentoring for children in the foster care system. We are a local camp and mentor club, sponsored by local churches and donors in Great Falls, MT.
Come and Volunteer at Camp!
Camp is a great opportunity to share God's love with abused and neglected children. It takes many people doing a variety of jobs to make camp successful. You can sign up to be a buddy, spending the entire camp with one or two children aging from six to twelve years old. However, we also have jobs for people who want to help with outdoor activities, music, photographers, drama-folk, crafts, healthcare, lifeguards, and even laundry.
Our goal for 2024 is a full time volunteer staff of sixty-five volunteers, with a part time volunteer staff of forty volunteers.
Our camp is one week long, July 07th-12th. Our camp is at an undisclosed location to promote safety for the children we are caring for, while being fully immersed in the beauty of God’s creation.
“My kids attended camp in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. When they came home they could not stop talking about how cool camp was. They played the MP3 till they wouldn’t work anymore. Through the love and mentorship that the buddies from 4 the KIDS MT they began to get some of the voice they lost back. They began to put down their defenses and shine like the royalty they are in Christ.
